GRENADIERS FALL TO CAMPBELLSVILLE 94-86

WILLIAMSBURG, Ky. – The IU Southeast men's basketball team dropped a 94-86 decision to Campbellsville University on Friday afternoon.

Glenn Hill had a career-high 31 points and 14 rebounds while Jared Osborne had 21 points and five assists to lead the Grenadiers. Anthony Wales Jr. added 16 points in the loss.

IU Southeast trailed by as many as 12 points in the first half before cutting the lead to three at halftime, 44-41. The Grenadiers used a 20-9 run to get back into the game in the first half.

Glenn Hill and Jared Osborne were the offensive spark for the Grenadiers as Hill had 18 and Osborne had 15 points in the opening 20 minutes.

After Tigers extended their lead to 67-55 with 12:21 to play, IU Southeast cut the lead to five after an Osborne three-pointer, a layup by Wales Jr and two Gabriel Casillas Cruz free throws.

But that would be as close as the Grenadiers would get on the night. Campbellsville answered with a 14-4 run that put the game away.

The Tigers shot 53 percent from the field and 46 percent from three-point range, connecting on 12 three-pointers.

IU Southeast could not get its perimeter offense going, shooting 5-of-19, 26 percent, from behind-the-arc.

Six Tigers scored in double-figures in the contest.
