Watch the NAIA Softball Selection Show Tonight at 5 p.m. ET
NEW ALBANY, Ind. - The IU Southeast softball team will learn the location and opponents in the opening round of the NAIA Softball Championship tonight at 5 p.m. during the NAIA Softball Selection Showl.
The entire field for this year's tournament will be announced during the show, which you can watch here.
IU Southeast (33-17) and St. Mary-of-the-Woods (36-14) claimed the River States Conference's two automatic bids to the tournament as the league's regular season and tournament champions, respectively.
Each of the 10 opening round sites will feature four teams. Play will be from May 15-17 and the format will be double elimination. The winner of each will advance to the NAIA Softball World Series in Columbus, Ga., beginning on May 25, 2023.
